Para la firma de venture capital, Impacta VC, este hito marcó la consolidación y expansión de sus programas de aceleración e internacionalización en la región.
Veintitrés startups latinoamericanas fueron partícipes de la segunda versión del programa de internacionalización Impacta Miami Soft Landing Program 2025, lo que marcó el punto cúlmine de un exitoso 2025 para la firma de venture capital de impacto social y medioambiental.
Este año marcó la consolidación y expansión de sus programas de aceleración e internacionalización, Impacta Miami Soft Landing Program (IMSP) e Impacta Fundraising Strategy Program (IFSP), que reunieron a más de 370 startups postulantes, provenientes de múltiples países, y a 239 founders activos.
El IMSP es el programa de internacionalización de Impacta VC, que prepara y acompaña a startups latinoamericanas en su proceso de expansión hacia Estados Unidos, combinando formación estratégica, mentorías especializadas y una inmersión presencial y online en el ecosistema de Miami.
Este año, en su segunda edición, recibió 62 postulaciones desde seis países, seleccionando a 23 startups. De ellas, 11 participaron de manera presencial en Miami, mientras que 12 startups se integraron en formato online, modalidad que les permitió acceder a la totalidad de las sesiones, incluidas aquellas desarrolladas en Estados Unidos.
La edición 2025 del IMSP incorporó startups de verticales estratégicos como EdTech; AgriTech, FoodTech, ClimateTech y CleanTech; HealthTech, BioTech y Life Sciences; MediaTech, MarketingTech y RetailTech; FinTech y Finance; además de TravelTech y Mobility, y consideró nuevamente la Impacta House Miami, espacio diseñado para potenciar la colaboración, el networking y la conexión directa con el ecosistema local.
Gracias al apoyo de CORFO, Impacta VC pudo otorgar becas a startups chilenas, además del aporte institucional destinado a fortalecer los procesos de internacionalización. Cada startup contó con el acompañamiento de un director estratégico (Lead Mentor) durante todo el programa, junto con la incorporación de The Venture Mentoring Team, que sumó mentorías semanales (Spot Mentors) para cada emprendimiento.
Impacta Fundraising Strategy Program 2025
El IFSP es una iniciativa educativa y de acompañamiento que ha ayudado a más de 600 startups latinoamericanas a diseñar y ejecutar estrategias exitosas de levantamiento de capital.
Paralelamente, el IFSP 2025 cerró su edición con cifras récord: 308 postulaciones, 112 startups seleccionadas, 83 startups activas al cierre y un total de 239 founders activos, de los cuales 51,8% fueron mujeres. El programa contempló 70,5 horas de clases, 47 sesiones totales, y la participación de más de 12 rockstars internacionales, consolidando una experiencia formativa de alto nivel.
Del total, 29 startups se graduaron de acuerdo con criterios de asistencia, desempeño y cumplimiento de misiones, mientras que 72 becas fueron entregadas a lo largo del programa. Las verticales más representadas fueron HealthTech (15), AgriTech (13) y ClimateTech (12), y más de 40 startups calzaron directamente con la tesis de inversión de Impacta VC, actualmente en proceso de análisis.
El Fundraising Program de este año contó además con 7 partners que impartieron masterclasses, entre ellos BancoEstado, Investability y Alster, la incorporación del venture partner Jaime Sotomayor como host de las Rockstar Sessions, donde brillaron invitados de relieve como Patrick McGinnis, Zev Siegl, Pier Paolo Colonnello o Marcus Dantus, y una red de 8 IFSP Ambassadors, fortaleciendo el acompañamiento y la proyección de los founders participantes.
